To minimize jet lag, schedule your flight so that you reach your destination in the late afternoon or evening. Upon arrival, go to bed no earlier than you normally would and set your clock for the morning so that you don't oversleep.
I've come to realize that when all hell breaks loose in life, it helps to vent. Retail therapy is better but venting is less expensive! What am I venting about, you ask? Anything and everything...men, money, travel, fashion, stupid people... So, hang out awhile and enjoy the adventures of a fictional “IT” girl. You just might learn a few things.
