JSTD: Melatonin





I never travel without melatonin. It's a hormone secreted by the brain that helps to regulate sleep and wake cycles. You can buy it over the counter at your local market or drugstore. Although it does not help you fall asleep, the use of melatonin before bedtime is said to help reset the biological clock and relieve symptoms of jet lag.
