JSTD: Attitude counts
...for life after the economic downturn (or if you're lucky, sooner!)
Be nice! I'm always amazed at the number of people who insist on traveling with attitude. You never know who you'll need; plus, it's just nice to...well, be nice. Also, I've been told by many airline and hotel employees that service people are more likely to extend upgrades and better service to people who treat them with kindness.
