Avoid giving airport hackers access to your computer by changing your computer's network connection settings before you leave home. Make sure that your computer is not set up to automatically connect to any available network. Also, when choosing a wireless network, do not use a computer-to-computer wireless network. Finally, it's best not to input your credit card number or any other important information when you're using an unfamiliar wireless network.
