Dress comfortably in dark, lightweight fabrics so that you still look neat, clean and relatively wrinkle-free after long trips. Avoid tight clothing, short skirts and shorts, and by all means, wear your PJs only in the privacy and comfort of your home or hotel room. Planes and trains are not your bedroom!
